Ingredients


    * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    * 3 cloves crushed garlic
    * 3 tablespoons ground ginger
    * 1 tablespoon olive oil
    * 3 lemons, juiced

Directions


1. Pound the chicken breasts to 1/2" thickness.

2. Combine the garlic, ginger, oil and lemon juice. Mix well and add chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

3. Remove chicken from bag and grill until cooked through and juices run clear.
