Ingredients


    * 7 oz. bittersweet chocolate
    * 6 oz. butter
    * 3 eggs
    * 1 1/4 cups sugar
    * 1/2 cup cocoa
    * 2/3 cup flour
    * 3/4 cup white chocolate, coarsly chopped
    * 3/4 cup milk chocolate, coarsly chopped

Directions


1. Preheat oven to 360F

2. Melt bittersweet chocolate with butter and stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature.

3. Mix eggs with sugar in a bowl. Beat for a few minutes. Fold in chocolate mixture.

4. Mix cocoa and flour, and add to mixture. Add the other two chocolates and mix well.

5. Pour into lightly greased baking pan, and bake in oven for 35 minuutes, or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
