Ingredients:Klop

2 pounds ground beef
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 - 8 hard boiled eggs
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup matzo meal
1 large onion, minced
11 oz canned tomato and mushroom
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 can tomato juice
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Mix meat with all ingredients through tomato juice. Divide into 6 - 8 portions. Shape each portion around an egg to form large meatballs. Place in casserole. Add tomato-mushroom sauce and water and bake at 350 - degree (Fahrenheit) for about an hour. Serves 6 - 8.
