curb your enthusiasm

Renowned Harvard law professor and expert on Israeli policy Alan Dershowitz seems to think that Curb Your Enthusiasm may help push the peace process along.

In an interview with Columbia Current, Dershowitz said that he recently sent a copy of a Curb episode to Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

Dershowitz said: "I recently sent a copy of 'Palestinian Chicken,' that curb your enthusiasmLarry David gave me, to Prime Minister Netanyahu with the suggestion that he invite Abbas over to watch it together. And maybe if they both get a good laugh, they can begin a negotiating process."

The episode in question is "The Palestinian Chicken," a fan favorite (as well as Dershowitz's) from Curb's most recent season which chronicled the move of politically incorrect Larry David to New York City.

In the episode, Larry takes a liking to a Palestinian restaurant that he and his manager think can help the Middle East peace process progress along nicely. Watch the clip below.
