Much uproar has ensued after Howard Stern, Jewish-American radio personality, television host, and author was chosen to take the recently vacated judging position on the popular TV show, America's Got Talent.
jta.org reports: The future judge is being judged, as NBC is being condemned by the Parents Television Council for hiring Howard Stern to replace Piers Morgan on "America's Got Talent."
The Parents Television Council released a statement calling NBC's decision to hire Stern "an act of desperation" and said that the radio personality "is synonymous with shock, profanity and obscenity."
The statement concluded: "The once-proud broadcast network has lost its way and has made it clear it holds no concern whatsoever for children and families."
