Ingredients:

3-4 lbs. chicken pieces, skinned and trimmed of excess fat (use only halved chicken breasts for lowest fat)
1/2 Cup liquid honey
1/4 Cup prepared mustard (use Dijon or hot mustard, if preferred)
1 tsp. curry powder


Instructions:

Place chicken pieces in single layer in a 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine honey, mustard, and curry powder. Pour over chicken pieces and turn pieces to coat all surfaces. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until done, basting occasionally.
