Lovitz is a childhood friend of the father of the teenage girl who was victimized at her Los Angeles-area home. The prank included leaving dog feces on the house's porch and toilet paper in trees surrounding the home.

The girls admitted to the prank last week, but were not charged with a hate crime by police because, according to reports, the damage was not permanent.

"Some coward & idiot left this on a friend's doorstep, yesterday. This is an insult to all of us," Lovitz Tweeted on April 5 and attached a photo. Lovitz has 28,000 Twitter followers.

He then tweeted a photo of the girls, along with the statement: "The 3 girls who are bullying my friend's daughter. They want to be known. Let them be famous as Jew haters. Pls RT."

On April 9, he Tweeted an update that read: "UPDATE!!!! The three girls who vandalized my friends home with swastikas and dog crap, have been expelled from their school permanently."

The Los Angeles Unified School District told CBS the girls were disciplined but, according to school policy, could not say whether the girls had been transferred to another school.

Lovitz' Twitter followers responded to his Tweets with support for the young girl and her family, as well as his Twittering of the incident. He was also slammed by some followers for publishing the girls' photo.

Police reportedly are investigating the mother of one of the girls, who could face criminal charges for driving them to the house in the middle of the night in order to vandalize it.

jesus should be hung on their porch with a swastica or a note written JEW on him. These backward morons think that Jesus was Irish and are jealous of a brilliant beautfiful jewish girl and her hardworking family. After asking around this women and mother is known to drive at night to pick up clients, this time she changed her route to do something even more disgusting. her main occupation is to whore and it is unthinkable that other mothers did not notice this and allow their young daughters to whore around at night spreadin shit on peoples porches - it such proves you at what poor level these families belong. yes i am from Mexico and in our viillage this women would have been beaten up for harming a child. Good for him for sticking up for his friends daughter. The 3 girls who did this and the mother who drove them need some sensitivity training and community service beginning first to clean up the vandalism the girls made and then anywhere there is grafitti for a whole month at least! Oh, and the mother should be sued because, as the \"adult\" (I use that term loosely in her case) she should have known better! Shame on all of them!
