4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, choppedchocolate cake flourless for pesach

4 ounces margarine

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup cocoa powder

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease an 8 inch round springform pan and dust with cocoa powder.

2. Set a medium bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Bowl should not touch the water. Place chocolate and margarine in bowl and stir until melted.

3. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
