Chocolate
Sorbet
Thanks to Minette Greenman,
who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
½ cups sugar
1/1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa
2 cups warm water
1/3 cup port wine
Directions: Mix sugar and cocoa together in a bowl. Whisk in water,
a little at a time until smooth. Add port.
Process in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
If you do not have an ice-cream maker, freeze the mixture and then,
if necessary, process in a food processor to soften texture.
