Salmon
Paprika

12 ounces drained, canned salmon
½ cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions: Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 325F
(slow oven) for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Divide evenly.
Makes 2 dinner servings.
