Hungarian Goulash (for slow cooker)

Ingredients:

2 lbs steak cut into cubes
1 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
pinch salt, pepper
1 1/2 tsp paprika
pinch thyme
1 can tomatoes
egg noodles

 

Instructions:

Put meat, onion and garlic in pot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover; cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
