Creamy
Pancakes

who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
Ingredients:
2 cups Sour Cream
½ teaspoon soda
1 egg (or more depending on your taste)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:
Dissolve the soda in the sour cream.
Beat the egg and add salt and part of the flour to the beaten egg.
Add to sour cream mixture. Stir in remaining flour and the syrup.
Beat until batter is smooth. Fry on a hot griddle. (Add slightly
more flour if a thicker cake is desired.) Variations: Add blueberries,
or other berries to batter or top pancakes with banana slices, pineapple,
cinnamon or other appealing seasonings.
