Swedish Apple Cake

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

Ingredients:

1 pkge Lemon cake mix
1 (21oz) can apple pie filling

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Spread apple filling in bottom of 9 By 13 pan. Mix cake batter as directed on package. Spread evenly over apple. Bake 350F for 45 min. or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cut in square, lift out carefully with spatula and turn apple side up.
