Tuna
Casserole Two
Thanks to Minette Greenman,
who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
Large can water pack tuna
1/4c. diced onion
1c. dried celery
sm. can mushrooms
¼ c. water
1 can mushroom soup
2 oz. cashews
3oz. chow mien noodles
Directions: Steam vegetables in water until still crunchy. Flake
tuna. Add vegetables and water, mushroom soup, noodles and nuts.
Bake ½ hr. at 350F.
