Cottage
Cheese Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Unbaked pie shell, 9-inch
6 slices bacon(swap with fake bacon etc.), cooked and crumbled
1 package (10oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
¼ cup chopped onion
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 carton (16oz.) cottage cheese
¼ teaspoon oregano
Directions: Brush Worcestershire sauce on pie shell. Bake 8 minutes,
remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350F. Sprinkle bacon
in shell (reserving 2 tablespoons). Layer broccoli and onion evenly
in shell. In bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour oven broccoli/onion
mixture. Sprinkle with reserved bacon. Bake 30 minutes or til knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before
serving.
