Refreshing
Pineapple Mold
Thanks to Minette Greenman,
who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
Ingredients:
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 3-oz. pkgs. lime flavored kosher gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 T. Kraft cream style horseradish
Directions: Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Dissolve gelatin
in boiling water. Add enough cold water to reserved liquid to measure
1 cup; stir into gelatin. Gradually add gelatin mixture to combined
cream cheese, salad dressing and horseradish, mixing until blended.
Chill until thickened but not set; fold in pineapple. Pour into
2-quart mold lightly brushed with salad dressing; chill until firm.
Unmold 8 to 10 servings.
