Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

4 matzos
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
2 tablespoons liqueur
5 oz(150g) bittersweet chocolate.
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cups coarse chopped nuts

Directions:
Crumble matzos into small pieces and moisten with a little wine. Melt 4 oz. of cake with the sugar and water over very low heat. Let cool and add liqueur. With an electric mixer, cream margarine and beat in melted chocolate mix. Combine with crumbled, moistened matzos, coarsely chopped nuts and grated peel. Shape into long rolls about 2 in. wide. Smooth with hands. Refrigerate.
