Honey Cream Apples

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

4 large apples
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. corn flakes
1/3 c. raisons
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbs. margarine
½ c. water (about)

Directions: Wash and core apples. Make 4 slits in top edges. Arrange in baking dish. Mix, honey, corn flakes, raisin, cinnamon, and lemon juice and fill apple cavities. Top with margarine. Add water to cover bottom of baking dish. Bake in mod. Oven (350-375F) until apples are tender. (50-60min.) Serve warm.
