Accent Tuna Delight

1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
½ cup chopped celery
1/8 pound butter
2 (1-pound) cans tomatoes
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups packaged precooked rice
2 (6½ ounce) cans tuna
Directions: Sauté onion, green pepper and celery in butter
until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, seasonings, rice and
tuna. Bring to a boil. Stir to moisten all ingredients, cover and
remember to reheat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
