Gefilte
Fish Saute

2 lb. Gefilte fish
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
¾ cup matzo meal
butter or margarine
Directions: Drain fish. Combine egg and water. Dip fish in egg
mixture. Roll in matzo meal. Sauté small amount butter or
margarine until golden brown on all sides.
Serves 4. Serve with dill Sauce
Dill Sauce
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp. pickle juice
¼ cup chopped dill pickles
¼ tbsp. salt
Directions: Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator. Longer
the better.
