Grandma's
Kugel

Ingredients:
1 lb. noodles
1 #2 can of crushed pineapple
4 eggs
1 cup of apples (optional)
1 cup sugar
raisins
1/4 lb. margarine
salt to taste
16 oz. sour cream
cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Method:
Cook noodles. Beat the eggs. Add
sugar, margarine, sour cream, and vanilla. After well mixed, add
the fruit. Mix the noodles with the liquid, making sure that the
noodles are all well covered in the sauce. Pour into a greased 9x13
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until brown.
