1 lb. lokshen
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
12 oz. apricot preserves
1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
¼ lb. melted butter
½ tspn. Vanilla
Directions: Boil noodles until tender. Add eggs 1 at a time and
mix through after each one. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased
pan at 350F for 1/1/2 hrs.
