Shell Kugel

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

Large bowl
Buttered baking
Dish, 9X13-inch, greased
4 eggs beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup large curd cottage cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package(16oz.) Jewel Medium Shells, cooked and drained
½ cup cinnamon-sugar

Directions:
(16 servings; Preheated oven 350F; Prep time: 1/1/2hrs.)

In bowl combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add shells; mix well. Turn into baking dish; Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake 1 hour, or til custard is set and edges are golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
