Kabobs

3 med. zucchini squash
12 whole fresh mushrooms
12 firm cherry tomatoes
Directions: Place zucchini in water to cover. Bring to boiling point
cook at boiling , boil a few min. or just until zucchini is barely
tender.
Drain and cut zucchini into 1/2in. pieces. Thread zucchini mushrooms,
tomatoes alternately on each of six skewed. Brush with marinade
London Broil recipe. Broil 5 –7 min. over charcoal or in oven
broiler. Turn kabobs occasionally, brush zucchini and mushrooms
with marinade occasionally.
