Sweet & Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:
1/4 chicken per serving
honey
red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Rinse and pat dry chicken.
Place skin side up in shallow baking
pan. Lift up skin parts to create a little 'pocket', and spoon a
little honey in each.
Drizzle about a teaspoon of honey
on each piece of chicken, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes to
taste.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven
for about an hour, or until chicken is done. (White meat portions
may take about 15 minutes longer)
