Lamb Chops

delicious lamb recipe!
Ingredients:
2-lbs lamb chops (about 6 to 8
chops)
3 large carrots,sliced diagonally
3 large potatoes, thickly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
just enough oil to brown the chops on both sides in pan
Instructions:
Put oil in frying pan and brown
lamb on both sides. Place in a baking dish that has been slightly
greased. Place the vegetables all around the meat, with onion on
top. Add salt and pepper. Pour the remaining grease from the pan
over the lamb and vegetables. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1
hour at 450F/232C.
