Chocolate Icebox Pie

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

Ingredients:

An Americanized version of an Austrian favorite known as Moor in a Shirt.

1 (3/5/8-oz.) pkg. Chocolate pudding and pie filling
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla. Extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tb. Butter or margarine, melted

Prepare 1 (3/5/8-oz.) pkg. Chocolate pudding and pie filling according to label directions, using 2 cups milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Cool. Combine 1 cup graham cracker crumbs with 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted. Use half to line the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Top with half of the chocolate mixture, the remaining cracker crumbs and finally another layer of chocolate. Set in freezer at least 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
