Summer
Fruit Bowl

who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce
1 cup cottage cheese
2 bananas sliced
1 cup melon balls
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 pear, sliced
Lemon juice
Directions: Separate lettuce into leaves; arrange on platter. Spoon
cottage cheese into center of platter. Sprinkle lemon juice on banana
slice. Chill fruit and arrange on lettuce. If desired, serve with
mayonnaise thinned with a little fruit juice and seasoned with ginger.
Makes 6 servings.
