Sunshine
Salad
Thanks to Minette Greenman,
who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
Ingredients:
2 pounds sliced carrots (frozen)
10/1/4 oz. can tomato soup
3 onions sliced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup sugar
½ cups vegetable oil
¾ cups white vinegar
1 teaspoon Worchester sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
3 green peppers sliced
Directions:
In large pot mix tomato soup, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar,
Worchester sauce, and mustard until sugar is dissolved. Add carrots,
green peppers, and onions. Mix entire salad. Marinate in fridge
1 –2 days at least. Stir a few times daily.
