Gazpacho Sauce

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

Ingredients:

2 cups tomato puree
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix or 1 chicken bouillon cube
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon white powder
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped radish
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion, flakes

Directions: Combine tomato puree, broth mix, chili powder, garlic salt, and pepper in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, 5 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook over low heat, 5 minutes longer. Use with fish. Divide evenly. Makes 6 servings, about ½ cup each.
