Maple

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 bottle (12oz.) maple blended syrup
1 bottle liquid fruit pectin
Directions: Place lemon juice in medium bowl. Pour in maple-blended
syrup and fruit pectin; stir well. Pour into 2 sterilized 8-oz.
jelly glasses. Cover at once with tight lids or seals. Let stand
at room temperature 3 days to set. Serve as an accompaniment to
waffles or other hot breads or with meats.
