Processor
Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon paprika
Directions: In food processor, using metal blade, process together
the egg, 1/3 cup of the oil, the vinegar, salt, mustard and paprika
until blended, 5 or 6 seconds. At once, with motor running, pour
remaining 2/3 cup oil through food chute until mixture is smooth
and thick, 10 to 12 seconds. Do not overprocess. Store in a tightly
covered jar in the refrigerator.
