Etrog
Jam

Ingredients:
1 citron
1 orange
1/1/2 lb. jam
equal with sugar
water
Directions: Wash the citron and orange, cut them in half lengthwise,
then slice very thinly. Remove seeds. Soak the fruit overnight.
Change the water to cover the fruit and bring to a boil. Change
water again and bring to a boil again. Pour off the water. Weigh
fruit to add equal with of white sugar. Cook over low heat for about
45 minutes until jam begins to jell.
