Matzo Knaidlach

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

Ingredients:

4 eggs
½ c. cold water
1c. matzo meal
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Directions: Beat eggs. Add water, oil and salt and pepper. Mix well. Add matzo meal and stir thoroughly. Let stand 20 min. Form into balls and drop into salted boiling water. Cook 20 min.
