Glazed
Sweet Potatoes Two
Thanks to Minette Greenman,
who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
Ingredients:
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ teaspoon salt
6 large sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
Directions: Combine sugar, butter and salt in skillet. Cook and
stir over moderate heat until bubbling. Add sweet potatoes, cover
and cook 10 minutes over low heat. Uncover; cook 5 minutes, baste
frequently until potatoes are glazed. Yield: 6 servings.
