Lieberman Writing Book on Shabbat Follow Virtual Jerusalem on and Date Posted: 2011-02-03 22:08:28
U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman is writing a book on the benefits of the Sabbath. Lieberman (I-Conn.), who recently announced he will not run again, is co-writing the book with David Klinghoffer, according to Howard Books. "In this book, Lieberman will offer the gift of Sabbath observance -- a gift that has anchored, ordered, and inspired his life -- to readers of all faiths," said a release this week from the publisher, a Christian imprint of Simon & Schuster. The book will appear in August. In 2007, Howard published "An Amazing Adventure" by Joe and Hadassah Lieberman, an account of the 2000 election, when Lieberman was the first Jewish candidate on a major presidential ticket. Lieberman left the Democratic Party in 2006 when he lost its primary. He regained his Senate seat running as an independent.via jta.org

Well, we come in many sizes and forms in our communications about what is close to our hearts. Observing Shabat will also do for us what it did for G'd.
You will see what you created sofar in your life. (Chrunch?!).
Luckily there is opportunity to do things differently afterwards. And that is the kernel of Shabat observance.
ON the Sabbath???

I think your title is incorrect.
It should say "Lieberman writing book ABOUT the Sabbath".
The way you wrote it implies that the book is being written on the Sabbath, something no Sabbath observer would do (probably).

Sen. Lieberman’s book will probably be read by many more secular Jews than anything I read found by files search that Artscroll, Feldheim, etc. publish, and will enlighten the secular Jews who always thought “how can you keep Shabbos and be successful professionally”. If even one person is inspired to change their attitude about being Shomer Shabbos, this book will have had a great affect upon the world! This book will be a light to the future generations and clearly might inspire many of the non observant jews.
