| you are wrong , and you cannot prove thru Tencch the only commandments gentiles are obligated to keep are the 7 commandments of the children of noah. google noahide laws or noahide congregations . so like u say the 10 commandmandments belong to you , the law of homosexuality is not one of the 10 so where is your logic. if you look at your comment ceremonial law as u call it belongs to the jews, that includes homosexuality being prohibited. your testiment has ABSOLUTELY no connection to jews, you guys cant take the truth. |

| It is disappointing and demoralizing when those whom we should look up to, namely Orthodox Rabbi's, wish to return to Genesis 19 and Sodom! Is it possible that in God's mind he approves of Gay Rabbi's? It makes one wonder if they ever read their Old testament? In the light of Genesis 19 how do they possibly believe that they can walk that road and not face God's wrath that caused the destruction of Sodom?

| Since you're a Christian (I assume, since Jews don't call the Tanakh the "Old Testament"), why do you care what rabbis do?
And Sodom wasn't destroyed because there were gay people there. That's just stupid. |

| the men who were demanding that lot send out his visitors, were all gay . they said we want to know the visitors, yes they were homos. also why do non jews quote the Torah about homosexuality is wrong ? the non jews eat meat and milk together, shellfish,,and do not observe Shabbos, etc, etc, why do the think they have a portion in the Jewish scriptures ? as the Torah says the Torah commanded to Moses is the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob. the gentiles are not part of that congregation !!!!! |

| With all due respect to the Jewish people, I read this comment, "And Sodom wasn't destroyed because there were gay people there. That's just stupid.", and was taken aback. "You" gave the world the Tanakh. Why the Jewish people will not READ it is mind-blowing to me. From beginning to end it should be read once a year. Reading parashot is good but not enough. How do I know that they are not reading it? Because of the clueless quote that I just posted. The very reasons why Israel was exiled and eventually scattered are in the Tanakh plain as day and yet it is not read and the G-D of Abraham is ignored AGAIN. Plainly, it is mocking HaShem. What He said in the Tanakh is sacrosanct. Period. No discussion. No argument. And that I, a Gentile have to challenge Jews about this fact is outrageous. smh |

| Boopka, you should read Isaiah 42:1, 42:6, 49:6, and 60:3. The God of Israel is also the God of the Gentiles, and He says so Himself.
The ten commandments do apply to the Church, although the ceremonial law only applies to Israel. You wouldn't know that if you don't read the Jewish New Testament! Of course this does bring up the problem of the Sabbath, but some Churches do meet on that day. |

| They might have been gay, but the scene in Sodom is an attempted gang-rape of someone's guests. Do you think that would NOT be a sin if they were straight? The sin in Sodom is not homosexuality.
And Ezekiel tells us EXACTLY what Sodom was punished for:
"Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy." - Ezekiel 16:49
The irony is that some people condemn gay people as "Sodomites" while SUPPORTING politicians who oppose helping the poor and needy - which is the ACTUAL sin of Sodom. |

| The Torah itself makes NO distinction between "moral" and "ceremonial" laws. That distinction was invented by Christians, who don't want to keep all of them. |

| Shouldn't such a move against Moses' LAW be a liberal movement rather than a conservative one?
How could Jews allow this to happen?
I could understand the uncertainty of unsaved gentiles letting the ungodly become Rabbis, but Jews?
Come on!
I can see now how Jews could make a 7 year covenant of peace with Israel.
Once a person aligns themselves against Yeshua Yahweh's LAW they are destined to fall. |
