Palestinians never compromise: that\'s what Winston Churchill found when he was negotiating with Arabs following the First World War. He said they always came to the table expecting all the concessions would be made to them. As a British subject, I apologise to Israel for the way our country messed up things during the Mandate period. We had the right ideas beforehand but never put them into practice.
